Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with She Dreams Rich. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner.
Production Time Each tee is made to order and printed and prepared before dispatch. Production time is separate from, and in addition to, the shipping time listed below.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, plus production time
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
A Note for Our Canadian Customers
Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or carrier fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs/the shipping carrier and are not included in your order total.
Canadian Shipping: The shipping estimate begins after dispatch and does not include production time. Customs processing may occasionally cause additional delays. Duties, taxes or carrier fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping (Canada): shipping charges are shown at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (United States): $6.50 CAD
- Express Shipping (United States): $16.00 CAD
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shedreamsrich@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable) and we will make it right.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. She Dreams Rich is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
